Annuleringsbeleid<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Explore Delft kan helaas geen enkele terugbetaling doen als de tour gemist wordt zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving aan ons<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Wat betreft restituties voor geannuleerde reserveringen, is ons beleid als volgt: <\/span><\/p>\n

Voor groepen tot 7 personen:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • 0% bij minder dan 24 uur voor vertrektijd<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 50% voor kennisgeving tussen 24 en 48 uur voor vertrek<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 100 % bij kennisgeving meer dan 48 uur voor vertrek<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Voor groepen vanaf 8 personen:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • 0 % bij kennisgeving minder dan 7 dagen voor vertrek<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 50 % bij kennisgeving tussen 7 en 14 dagen voor vertrek<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 100 % bij kennisgeving meer dan 14 dagen voor vertrek<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      Bij annulering zal er een bedrag van \u20ac 25,00 aan administratiekosten gerekend worden.<\/font>

      <\/font><\/div>\n

      Wanneer er een factuur is verzonden voor een groepsboeking, wordt de reservering bevestigd door vooruitbetaling van 25% van het totale bedrag.<\/span><\/p>\n

      De resterende 75% dient uiterlijk 5 werkdagen voor het plaatsvinden van de tour te zijn voldaan.<\/span><\/p>\n

      In het geval dat het volledige bedrag niet binnen de vervaldatum is betaald, stuurt Explore Delft de klant een herinnering om het volledige bedrag binnen 14 dagen te betalen.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Indien de klant na deze termijn nog steeds niet heeft betaald, behoudt Explore Delft zich het recht voor de factuur te sturen naar een incassobureau. Alle verdere juridische kosten zullen dan bovenop de hoofdsom betaald moeten worden door de klant.<\/span><\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

      De stadswandelingen en fietstours<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      De stadswandelingen en fietstochten worden gehouden volgens de informatie in onze tourbeschrijving. <\/span>Afwijkingen zijn soms noodzakelijk en worden gemaakt naar goeddunken van de reisleider in overeenstemming met het bedrijfsbeleid. <\/span>Een professionele reisbegeleider begeleidt de deelnemers tijdens de tour.<\/span><\/p>\n

      De excursie gaat niet door bij (ernstig) ongunstige weersomstandigheden of andere catastrofes. In elk van deze gevallen behoudt Explore Delft zich het recht voor om naar eigen goeddunken te beslissen over de geschiktheid van de uitgevoerde excursie. Deelnemers worden uiterlijk 24 uur van tevoren op de hoogte gebracht als de tour moet worden geannuleerd.<\/span><\/p>\n

      In het geval dat de tour niet doorgaat vanwege slechte weersomstandigheden, wordt uw volledige bedrag terugbetaald of kan op verzoek een nieuwe datum worden geselecteerd waarop u aan de tour kunt deelnemen. In scenario 2 (verzetten) vindt geen restitutie plaats.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Bij annulering van een tour door Explore Delft, om andere redenen dan genoemd in de voorgaande twee leden, heeft de klant recht op restitutie van het betaalde bedrag of, indien de klant daartoe besluit, recht op deelname aan een volgende excursie. De vervangende excursie is van gelijke waarde en duur.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Deelnemers moeten aanwezig zijn op het afgesproken ontmoetingspunt voor de excursie. Restituties worden niet verstrekt aan personen die niet aanwezig zijn op de afgesproken tijd en plaats. De gids wacht maximaal 15 minuten na de afgesproken ontmoetingstijd, waarna hij vertrekt. Een no-show brengt de volledige kosten van de geboekte tour met zich mee.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Fietsregels:<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

      Bij deelname aan een tour gaat u akkoord met onderstaande regels:<\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      • De deelnemers dienen veilig en binnen de grenzen van de wet te kunnen fietsen.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • De deelnemers verklaren niet onder invloed van drugs of alcohol zijn.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • De instructies van de gids dienen te allen tijde opgevolgd te worden<\/span><\/li>\n
      • De fietsen dienen altijd op slot gezet te worden als ze niet worden gebruikt. Als de fiets wordt gestolen als gevolg van het niet op slot doen van de fiets, wordt de deelnemer verantwoordelijk gehouden.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • De deelnemers vrijwaren Explore Delft en Alle Gelieerde Entiteiten (dochterondernemingen, huidige en voormalige werknemers, eigenaren, functionarissen, leden, managers, vennoten, opdrachtnemers, verzekeraars, aandeelhouders en bestuurders, hierna \u201cAlle Gelieerde Entiteiten\u201d) van alle aanspraken op schadevergoeding in de ruimste zin tegen hen gemaakt, zoals vermeld in artikel 6:106 BW tot en met 6:108 BW van de Nederlandse wet, tenzij de schade is veroorzaakt door grove nalatigheid of opzet.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Explore Delft en alle gelieerde entiteiten zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor verlies van bagage, geld, kostbaarheden of andere items tijdens de reis.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Deelnemers zijn aansprakelijk voor schade die Explore Delft en Alle Aangesloten Entiteiten direct of indirect lijden door het niet nakomen van bovengenoemde verplichtingen.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Cancellation policy<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

        We unfortunately cannot refund any portion of anybody\u2019s payment if they miss the tour without any notice to us beforehand.<\/span><\/p>\n

        As for refunds for reservations being cancelled, our policy is as follows;<\/span><\/p>\n

        For groups up to 7 persons: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

          \n
        • 0% with less than 24 hours prior to departure time<\/span><\/li>\n
        • 50% for notice given between 24 and 48 hours prior to departure<\/span><\/li>\n
        • 100% for more than a 48 hour notice<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          For a group booking of 8 participants or more we have the following cancellation refund policy:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

            \n
          • 0% with less than 7 days notice<\/span><\/li>\n
          • 50% with 7 to 14 days notice<\/span><\/li>\n
          • 100% with more than 14 days notice<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            In case of cancellation, an administration fee of \u20ac25,00 will be charged.<\/font><\/div>\n

            <\/font><\/div>\n

            When an invoice has been sent for a group booking, the reservation is confirmed by paying 25% of the total amount up front. The remaining 75% must be paid no more than 5 working days after the tour takes place.<\/span><\/p>\n

            In the case that the full amount has not been paid within the due date, Explore Delft will issue a reminder to the customer to pay the full amount within 14 days. If the customer still has not paid after this term Explore Delft deserves the right to send the invoice to a debt collection agency.  All further legal costs will then need to be paid on top of the main sum by the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

            <\/p>\n

            Walking and Bike Tours<\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

            The tours will be held according to the information provided in our tour description. Deviations are sometimes necessary and are made at the discretion of the tour guide in accordance with company policies.<\/span><\/p>\n

            An English speaking professional tour guide will accompany participants during the bike tour.<\/span><\/p>\n

            The excursion will not take place in the case of (severely) adverse weather conditions or other cataclysmic catastrophes. In each of these cases, Explore Delft maintains the right to use its own discretion when deciding the appropriateness of the excursion conducted. Participants will be notified no less than 24 hours in advance if the tour needs to be canceled.<\/span><\/p>\n

            In case the tour does not take place due to unpleasant weather conditions, your full amount will be refunded or upon request a new date may be selected on which you can participate in the tour. In scenario 2 (reschedule), no refund will be given.<\/span><\/p>\n

            In the case of the cancellation of an excursion or tour of any sort by Explore Delft, for reasons other than those provided in the preceding two paragraphs, the customer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid, or, if the client so decides, the client will be entitled to participate in one subsequent excursion.The replacement excursion will be of equivalent value and duration.<\/span><\/p>\n

            Participants must be present at the agreed excursion meeting point. Refunds will not be provided to individuals that are not present at the agreed meeting time and place. The guide will wait for <\/span>a maximum of 15 minutes <\/b>beyond the agreed meeting time, after which he will depart. A no-show will incur full cost of the booked tour.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

            Bike rules<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

            By participating in a tour you agree to the rules below:<\/span><\/p>\n

              \n
            • Participants have to be able to ride a bike safely and within the limits of the law.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Participants are of good riding health.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Participants are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Participants are required to practice common sense, prudence and diligence while on the bike tour. The instructions given by the tour guide should be followed at all times.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Participants should lock their bikes at all times when they are not being used. If the bike is stolen as a consequence of failing to lock the bike the participant will be held responsible.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Participants release Explore Delft and  All Affiliated Entities (subsidiaries, present and former employees, owners, officers, members, managers, partners, contractors, insurers, shareholders and directors, hereafter \u201cAll Affiliated Entities\u201d) from any claims for damages in the broadest sense made against them, as stated in article 6:106 BW to 6:108 BW of the Dutch law, unless the damages are caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Explore Delft and All Affiliated Entities accept no liability for any damages in the broadest sense to Participants, third parties or equipment caused during their bike and walking tours, as stated in article 6:106 BW to 6:108 BW of the Dutch law, unless the damages are caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Explore Delft, All Affiliated Entities and Participants in the tour are bound to Dutch law. If any law is broken all parties are liable under Dutch jurisdiction.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Explore Delft and All Affiliated Entities do not assume responsibility for loss of baggage, money, valuables or other items during the trip.<\/span><\/li>\n
